ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
AdSupport v2.0 features advanced spam protection. Upon submitting this ticket, the script will not allow any additional tickets to be opened from your computer's current IP address for "X" minutes. This "down time" during which tickets cannot be opened is controlled by the script's administrator through the AdSupport v2.0 control panel and can be turned off if you wish.

AdSupport v2.0 has a built in user support account utility. Using this, users can keep track off and manage all of their support tickets from a single location. If this is the first time this email address has opened a ticket, then an account will be created below, otherwise, the account will be validated.
